I imagine we all have mantras, little phrases, prayers, self inspirations, whatever you might call them... Maybe not. I know that I seem to be making a collection of them to keep me positive when things get tough, especially this year. "What is your favorite mantra? Do you use it often? Do you have a daily ritual that you do to start or end your day?" I know, so many questions... Learning from each other is the goal though. Love and light to you all...

I always use the so-called Litany Against Fear first used in Frank Herbert's Dune-novels. It calms me and enables me to see clearly no matter what's going on around me. It's the closest I've ever come to using a mantra! I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
