When you are feeling down, lost, scared, or just not right, what steps so you take to get yourself back on track? Are they magical, spiritual, physical... A combination of everything?

Never really thought about it. I guess that's probably because when you stay down for so long it starts to feel normal. You start fearing the big, bad world outside your door and it's hard to get out and do things. But I have been known to take walks out on the property. The nature trails up on Seminary Hill are a good place for that, too. I just can't seem to make the time these days.
