Awens to All:
I smelt someone cooking some Scalloped Potatoes coming from a Condo Unit while I was working in Landscaping the other day and decided that it has been a long time since I had any Scalloped Potatoes, so I ran home and made some and it turned out Brilliantly.
This is my Recipe for making Scalloped Potatoes.
First, you Preheat Oven to 400* Celsius.
You take a Small Casserole Dish and line that bottom Olive Oil. Then you Slice Potatoes and Onions.
Then you put in a layer of Potatoes, Onions, a Sprinkling of Flour. The add a Dash of Pepper, Garlic and Sea Salt.
Repeat Process of layering Potatoes, Onions, Flour with Dashes of Pepper, Garlic and Sea Salt until you have it layer to 1 inch from the top of the Casserole Dish.
Open a can of Cream of Mushroom Soup and spread it on and then add Milk until you can just barely see it coming up the sides of the Casserole Dish.
Put a Lid onto the Casserole and put it into the Oven and Bake for 20 Minutes. Poke with a Fork to see if it is Tender yet. If not quite Tender, let Bake for another 10 minutes.
Put Oven on Broil and remove Lid and let Cook until the top of the Scalloped Potatoes are a nice shade of Brown.
Take out of Oven and let state to Cool for about 10 minutes and then dig in.

Ok, so I made your recipe with a few differences. Turned it into a one pot meal....
4 medium potatoes sliced 1 can cream of mushroom soup two large Cremini mushrooms sliced one medium onion sliced 1/2 lb lean ground turkey (browned with minced garlic and onion) sea salt and black pepper to taste one can fat free milk 1/2 cup bread crumb topping (bread crumbs, garlic and onion powder, other seasonings that you like)
layer sliced potatos, onion, mushrooms and browned ground turkey. Sprinkle top with a tiny bit of salt/pepper to taste. mix soup with 1 can milk. pour over casserole. bake at 350 for 45 - 60 minutes. sprinkle break crumbs over top. Brown for 10 min at 400 Degrees. Serve hot. Yummmy!

400 Celsius? That's pretty hot. I'm kinda hoping that's supposed to be farenheit.

I'm never really sure if they use metric or standard.
